REHOBOT’s EBH18 Extended hydraulic spring eye bushing replacement kit in combination with the EB18-DAF Accessory kit has been developed to provide a lightweight, in situ time and labour saving solution for replacing spring eye bushes on DAF vehicles.
Avoid removing the whole leaf spring and save up to 60% in time and labour . The lightweight and compact design allows work to be carried out on the vehicle even where access is restricted. Little or no manual effort is required. All work carried out in-situ on the vehicle. Total weight of 8 kg’s fully assembled falls well within EU manual handling of loads regulations.
Sequence of operation
Several vehicle makes now use met-elastic spring eye bushes, for which REHOBOT has developed a series of extraction/insertion sleeves and formed dollies for specific vehicle makes and models- for more information please contact us.
Please note that this kit does not include a pump to operate it. If you already have a pump operating at 700 Bar/10,000 PSI, that pump can be used. REHOBOT’s recommended pump option for this kit is the PP70-1000/LS201ES air hydraulic foot pump.
