There are 3 options when it comes to wheel clamps, standard clamps, magnetic clamps and spiders. Magentics are great for large commercial vehicles and work great on alluminium rims. Spiders are multi-functional and can fit rims from 13″ to 24″.
Upgrading your kit allows you to save cost by utilising your existing wheel clamps.

The Cam-aligner uses chassis mounted compact gauge targets, upgrade kits utilise your existing gauges saving costs.
Upgrade targets work in the same way as the laser/Truck Aligner boards but appear with a reflective strip.
Cam-aligner uses the chassis as a centerline therefore the gauges are mounted on the vehicle allowing you to adjust for most vehicle types.
To make the process easier and more accurate all our kits come with Steering wheel holders and turnplates.
Both packages come with 4 heavy duty turnplates to ensure that all vehicles including twinsteers can be measured and adjusted.

The Cam-aligner and upgrade kits utilise the Mercedes approved software with in-built warranty sheet.
The Cam-aligner software, similar to the I-Track is easy to use and learn, live adjustment modes are a key feature with before and after print-outs stored in a database.
With all our packages we provide comprehensive onsite training carried out by Josam trained and approved engineers. We are flexible to suit you and we often visit until the technicians are confident.
